Course Description
The following topics will be addressed: Introduction to medicinal chemistry, drug action on enzymes and receptors, drug development, quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR), drugs acting on autonomic nervous system, cardiovascular system (cardiotonics, antiarrhythmics, vasodilators, antihypertensive, antihyperlipedemic, drugs affecting blood and diuretics) and drug design for related drugs.
